There must be some internal leak inside the transmission when the oil gets warm. At cold temperatures the transmissions performs normally.Although the RTV1100 is not any faster than the RTV900, it does have quite a bit more grunt power. After installing the Bighorns on it, I took it to a really steep hill that the RTV900 could never climb. You can't get any run at the hill and it is extremely steep. The filter finally came in on Friday, and we put all of the filters back on and filled up the tanks.Yup, my rtv 900 suffered the rear axel problem, at about 600hrs. Cost me right around $600 to fix. As for the blend door/valve issue, it is either a adjustment or blockage issue.
